Moving to a new location within the KEC Service Territory? Members with good credit on their KEC account (not more than 2 late payments within the previous 12 months) can transfer their service without having to pay a deposit at the new location.
To transfer service, contact our office at (580) 832-3361 during regular office hours and be prepared to provide the following information:
- Account Number
- Date of Disconnect if you are disconnecting at current location
- New Service Location (If the new location does not currently have a meter, see) New Residential Construction
- Your New Mailing Address
